THE Green Coast Enterprises MISSION
Green Coast Enterprises develops real estate and provides real estate services focusing on urban and coastal areas in need of community renewal. We pursue opportunities that address community needs, including social inequity and economic stagnation, and seek to foster strong relationships with tenants and neighbors. We develop partnerships with public, private, nonprofit, and community organizations to further our common goals.

The New Orleans Homeownership Center
4528 FRERET STREET, NEW ORLEANS, LA 70115
The New Orleans Homeownership Center is a 20,000 sqft building on the Freret Corridor, developed by Neighborhood Housing Services and Green Coast Development. The building is now Credit Human Federal Credit Union’s New Orleans Headquarters; Credit Human offers financial services to all New Orleanians including savings accounts, loans, and commercial loans.
Washington & Broad
2701 S BROAD ST, NEW ORLEANS, LA 70125
Developed in 2012. Four buildings at the intersection of Washington and Broad were renovated to bring a Federally Qualified Health Clinic, a co-working space specializing in social innovation, a bakery, and offices.
MH Infill Pilot
7TH WARD, NEW ORLEANS, LA 70117
Green Coast Development consulted with Credit Human to test pilot manufactured housing and industrial construction housing as a means to support the affordable housing crisis. 3 manufactured houses were brought into Central City and 1 flat-packed “Sears kit” house was developed in the 7th ward.
3100 Banks Street
3100 Banks Street, NEW ORLEANS, LA 70119
Developed as a joint venture between the New Orleans Redevelopment Fund (NORF) and GCE. This mixed-use new construction building has 21 apartments and 1-3 commercial spaces.
The Greenway Apartments

The Greenway Apartments are colorful, new one-bedroom apartments centrally located in the Mid-City neighborhood, directly off the Lafitte Greenway. The building offers unique views of downtown and is complemented on the ground floor by local coffee impresario Hey! Cafe, Flour Moon Bagels and craft brewery Skeeta Hawk Brewery
Pythian Building

BonVi
882 MONTEGUT STREET, NEW ORLEANS, LA 70117
BonVi was created by Iris Development, a New Orleans-based development company with a focus on mixed-income housing development and Green Coast Enterprises. Additional partners are the Industrial Development Board of New Orleans and the City of New Orleans’ Office of Community Development, as well as Capital Impact Partners, Enterprise Community Partners, Partners for the Common Good, and the Low Income Investment Fund. The building is an Energy Star Certified New Construction, has 1-3 bedrooms units, and offers 20% of the units at a below market rate.
