Shelley Flick is the Manager of Finance and Operations and Co-Director of GCE Hospitality Consulting. Shelley came to Green Coast after working as the Controller for the Pythian Market. She assists in monthly reporting and administration duties. Her background is in the hospitality industry, having grown up in her family’s well known restaurant and eventually owning and operating two of her own. She is well versed in all aspects of hospitality operations as well as finance.

Shelley graduated in 2004 from Louisiana State University with a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She then received an MBA from the University of New Orleans in 2022.
