Our Company

COMPANY HISTORY

Since its founding in 2007, Green Coast Enterprises has helped developed over $200 million of real estate in New Orleans. In addition, we have certified over 3,000 housing units for green building certifications. GCE pursues opportunities that advance the triple bottom line of “people, planet, and profit” striving to increase economic vitality, environmental health, and social opportunity through development and partnerships with public, private, non-profit, and community organizations to further our common goals.

Our real estate projects emphasize small businesses and local food and beverage operators. We bring together communities within our properties that thrive through collaboration. Our current project pipeline will expand our footprint outside the New Orleans region and double our current holdings in the next three years.
